My twin sister asked me to write about what I thought about the recent incident involving the fleecing of Hawaiians. In this case of Hawaiian children.
I am a graduate of the Kamehameha Schools which was first established in 1887 partly because Punahou School was created solely for children of missionaries. That is... for rich white Americans and Europeans.
Thus the Kamehameha Schools was created to help Hawaiian children because some people did not give a damn about them. Fortunately Princess Ruth Keelikolani and Princess Bernice Pauahi Bishop gave a damn about Hawaiian children. It's because of them that many Hawaiian children are being helped today. To me they are some of the most beautiful women in the world because they gave a damn about children. In this case they gave a damn about HAWAIIAN children:

In any case recently my alma mater, the Kamehameha Schools, which is the only school for Hawaiian children was fleeced of seven MILLION DOLLARS.
Read about it here: http://the.honoluluadvertiser.com/artic le/2008/Feb/08/ln/hawaii802080371.html
Anyone who harms the Kamehameha Schools harms Hawaiian children irrelevant of ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, etc. In this case these people who are harming Hawaiian children are American lawyers who embarrass this country (the U.S.)
For those who know me I hold dual citizenships with the United States and with the Hawaiian Kingdom. Some people don't understand that which tells me that they haven't read about Hawaiian history.
If you read the article in the hyperlink above you will see that Goemans is suing the plaintiffs who sued Hawaiian children. Money grubbing leech. Sadly these kinds of people do not serve much time if any in jail for the fleecing of Americans and/or Hawaiians but he needs to be DISBARRED.
Anyway this is another example of
Totally embarrassing our country, the U.S. TOTALLY embarrassing. These attorneys should be disbarred for violating the rights of Hawaiian children. ASSHOLES!!! Also for those people who do not think this is a big deal. It is because if they do this to Hawaiians then chances are they do it to AMERICANS TOO.

The Hawai'i Haole-People-Who-Are-Racist-Against-Hawa iians Reporter reared its racism against Hawaiians and this time they were CAUGHT comparing us Hawaiians to animals which are what... less than human. Assholes.
Of course I am against Kau Inoa which OHA has been trying to push onto us to try to disrespect our kupuna and their wishes. In this Hawai'i Reporter's racist piece what they have tried to do is compare Hawaiians to COWS. WTF? Is it because we are fat and dying partly because of the crappy food they have been trying to replace for poi. We are still surviving even though they thought we would be gone by the 1940s but this latest illustration shows their racism against Hawaiians while they deny that they are racist. This is evidence.
Here is the illustration:

Which was shown publicly here: http://www.hawaiireporter.com/story.asp x?d44d4c25-f8c9-4ff9-ae3c-c96610c811c6

I like this one too. She states it well:
Unfortunately this would never be tolerated for some others but when it comes to Hawaiians somehow this racism is tolerated. We should never tolerate racism of any kind period.
Anyway racism against Hawaiians is alive and well in Hawai'i and beyond. These assholes embarrass America. I call them the Stains of America because they are shitty and have shitty attitudes towards Hawaiians and if they think this of Hawaiians chances are they think similarly of other people too. Racist assholes!

"Show us your true and hateful colors; the only makes us more steadfast in our quest for justice.
Keep attacking us; we have persevered in spite of your attacks for over 200 years.
I am thankful for growing distance you have put between us, Hawaiians and non-Hawaiians. This cartoon reminds me that you teach your children hate while we teach ours of aloha and lokahi. You abuse a rhetoric of freedom while we fight for ours."

Hawaiians continue to be disrespected by former owner of the Honolulu Advertiser. In his latest piece the editor allows him to single out and target Hawaiians based on our race. If he targeted Jewish people the way he does this would NOT be tolerated. Anyway here it is:
The truth is that the palace "belongs" to the people of the "Nation of Hawai'i" which is not the same as the "State of Hawai'i."
See... it doesn't take more than two sentences to mention the truth yet what does he do?
He lies about Hawaiians who are Hawaiian by ethnicity and/or by nationality as citizens of the Nation of Hawaii
which is a sign of racism.
Anyway this should not be tolerated. Sadly the Honolulu Advertiser allows him and a few others to single out and target Hawaiians based on our national origin. Again... this would NOT be tolerated if they wrote about Jewish people based on their national origin like how they write about us. In fact his ass would be GRASS! I tell that to the editors too yet what do they do? Censor me! Sadly since we are Hawaiian they allow him and a few others to write their racism against Hawaiians for all to read and do not do a damn thing about it!
ISLANDS' HISTORY
'IOLANI PALACE BELONGS TO ALL OF US IN HAWAI'I
'Iolani Palace belongs to all of us, Dave Shapiro to the contrary (Volcanic Ash, March 14).
It is a key part of the history of Hawai'i. That's why I strongly support taxpayers' money being used to keep it in good shape for the world to admire.
I don't support the Akaka bill, but I do make annual contributions to the palace as do people of many racial backgrounds. As a vital historic site it is a symbol of every step in our governmental history.
Racial division should have no part in how it's used. It played a central role in the days of the monarchy, then the overthrow, the republic, annexation and statehood. It's the only structure that ties our multi-racial history together. No part of the community was excluded from the palace in any of those time periods.
'Iolani Palace, Hawai'i's museum — a perfect place for marking Hawai'i's history.

I despise it when people lie about us Hawaiians in order to try to perpetuate their racism against us. Reposted for the world to see how pilau some Americans are. I said SOME:
First I don't believe a word that anyone who belongs to the so-called blue collar "Grass Roots" Institute says. These people have a vested interest in title so of course they are going to try to substantiate their anti-Akaka Bill stance... though for a hewa reason. They want to try to show that somehow they know what is best for us because they want to try to control us:
http://www.grassrootinstitute.org/board _staff2.shtml
Secondly this is the source, Tom Mcdonald's article:
http://www.hawaiireporter.com/story.asp x?e8abb36d-dd78-4d5a-a9a4-12960c0656b6
However it is key to remember that we are still granted civil rights in the U.S. irrelevant of the Akaka Bill. Unfortunately some of the members of the "Grass Roots" Institute are twisting information to try to suit their agenda. In this case the implication is that the Akaka Bill will enable us to be seen as Indians with Indian rites and rights. No... that's not the case. We don't even have the treaties that the Seminoles do with the U.S. This is only a scare tactic that somehow the Akaka Bill is bad for us.
Who is he to decide for us if it's right or wrong for us?
The point being that it's not for him or anyone else to say. If he had read the different versions of the Akaka Bill then it would be clear that we still have civil rights yet what does he do... try to spread a scare tactic. Though I am anti-Akaka Bill because the U.S. tries to condition us to do things on their terms.. we are NOT Indians so he weakly tries to compare and contrast Hawaiians with Hawaiians using a scare tactic. Worse the Anti-Hawaii-an Reporter seems to have ALLOWED him to do that as in speak ill of Hawaiians because to some comparing us to Indians and their sovereignty is implying that somehow we are LESS THAN INDIANS.
But getting back to his pseudo article:
Some of the statements he makes like
"It will be of interest to those trying to establish a sovereign native Hawaiian entity similar to those that govern native American mainland tribes." shows ignorance too.
Hawaiians have ALWAYS had sovereignty though somehow some people mistakenly think that we have to somehow work to get it. We have had it all along. We still do though some people think that we want to be like Indians. We don't. We are Hawaiian.
Another statement:
"This is because the tribal entities are considered under U.S. law to be sovereign nations with the right under the 1934 Indian Reorganization Act to conduct their own legal proceedings in their own courts, with their own laws, prosecutors, judges, and jails. And although the federal government provides over $400 million a year to support these tribal justice systems, less than $1 million is used by the tribes to provide for Public Defenders. So poor tribal members most often end up representing themselves in court, without the help of a lawyer."
Again... we are NOT Indian. We are Hawaiian.
Another statement:
"And without the benefit of legal counsel, they often plead guilty in the tribal courts without realizing that by doing so they are subjecting themselves to an uphill battle if charges for the same offense are then brought in state or federal court."
To date Hawaiians do not have a tribal court nor are we a tribe. We are Hawaiian.
Another misleading statement:
"Here again, as with the lack of a right to legal counsel, tribal members lack the protection against double jeopardy provided to other U.S. Citizens by the Constitution. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in 2004 that since tribal nations are separate sovereign governments, if A person commits a crime that violates the laws of two sovereigns--the tribe and the federal government--both sovereigns can prosecute the offender."
An implication is that we do not deserve to be respected and also that we are less than Indians. Again... we are not Indian. The Akaka Bill explicitly states our unique history, culture, and peoples.
His last misleading paragraph:
"As the Native Hawaiian Reorganization Act--the Akaka Bill--works its way through Congress, those supporting it could solve the lack of counsel problem by amending the Bill to ensure that a right to counsel is included. On the double jeopardy issue, however, the only solution would seem to be complete secession from the United States and the State of Hawaii."
Not quite. This is only a fear tactic based on his fear that somehow we will have power over him while using a lie stating that we will lack counsel. With or without the Akaka Bill most Hawaiians live below the poverty line:
>>> Native Hawaiians had lower incomes than Hawaii's overall population, on a median and a per capita basis.
>>> Nearly 15 percent of all native Hawaiian families lived in poverty, compared with the overall state rate of 7.7 percent. About 20.3 percent of native Hawaiian families with related children under age 18 were poor, compared with 10.5 percent for that category in the state overall.
From http://www.census.gov/prod/2006pubs/a cs-02.pdf
In addition according to the "Homeless Point-in-Time Count Report 2003" prepared for the State of Hawaii, the homeless population breakdown based on ethnicity:
Hawaiian 38.7%
Caucasian 34%
Other 7.3%
Filipino 5.1%
Chinese 2%
Japanese 1.1%
See page 24 at
http://www.hcdch.state.hi.us/03homeless study.pdf
Also for General Assistance in Hawai'i:
Caucasians 40%
Hawaiians 29%
Filipino 10%
Japanese 6%
Other Pacific Islanders 6%
See page 27 here:
http://www.hawaii.gov/dhs/main/repo rts/AnnualReports/DHS%20Annual%20Report%2 0FY%202005%20Final.pdf
In 2005 after Caucasians Hawaiians are the second group to need General Assistance from the State of Hawai'i which shows that there is some poverty within our people.
So the inability to have sufficient legal representation may be due to our socio- economic status... NOT to the perceived effect of the Akaka Bill.
Lastly he is described as follows:
"Tom MacDonald, retired president of a major trust and investment company, serves on the Board of Scholars at the Grassroot Institute of Hawaii and has written for the Community Newspaper Syndicate."
This shows that he probably has some vested interest in real estate and thus in title. This is a BAD SIGN. It shows how he most probably fears title of land. As in his which is NO EXCUSE to spread misinformation like how he is trying to do. Unfortunately some people ALLOW him to do so.
This is racism based on our national origin. That is... the Kingdom of Hawai'i.

This is racism based on our national origin. That is... the Kingdom of Hawai'i.
How many people know about our history? How many people know about us?
Thus all symptoms of racism against us based on fear and ignorance about us and our history. That's why I say... some people are so pilau!!!
Recently Jere Krischel returned to harass me and other Hawaiians. Would this be tolerated if he were to harass Jewish people or Japanese people or popolo people? Of course not. Sadly there is a double standard when it comes to harassing us Hawaiians based on our national origin.
In any case he returned to harass me because I AM HAWAIIAN. The harassment of Hawaiians should NOT be tolerated as it is not tolerated for Jewish people, Japanese people, popolo people, etc.
Anyway here is Jere harassing us Hawaiians based on our national origin AGAIN:
If he does this to children then imagine what he will do to HAWAIIAN CHILDREN.
Thus my manao. Be careful of Jere and people like him. Chances are if they harass us Hawaiian adults they WILL and DO harass Hawaiian children which is EXACTLY what Jere and people like him are doing which is pilau!
And that is TOTALLY unacceptable to me!!!!
And yes, I am very passionate about Hawaiian children including but not limited to my nieces and baby nephew:

WHY?
Because they are OUR FUTURE and Jere and people like him are trying to hurt them based on their national origin (i.e. the Hawaiian Kingdom) which is TOTALLY unacceptable to me!
Don't get me wrong.
I have everything I could possibly ever dream of having (two cars, three properties working on buying my fourth and fifth properties blah blah blah!) and don't care if people attack ME. I'm a black belt in shurite and member of the NRA. I couldn't care less about ME really....
However if and when they attack

Jere The Racist Anti-Hawaiian:
"Lana do you ever write anything intelligent? Or do you just ramble with your nonsense."
Me: I guess Jere is upset again since I appeared at another forum where his racist self singles out and targets Hawaiians and only Hawaiians.
There is NO need to be upset that I mentioned that conversion is a felony there as well as here. I don't advocate violating the law.
Its clear that Jere does. However some of us respect the law of the land. Irrelevant of national origin.
Mahalo.
And we can't forget:
http://www.tobysemainband.com/band.html
Jere lies here about being Hawaiian
"JERE KRICHELL IS A HAWAIIAN NATIVE BROUGHT UP AS A CLASSICAL MUSICIAN. HIS NATURAL MUSICALITY AND VOCAL ABILITY EARNED HIM THE SPOT OF KEYBOARDIST AND BACKING VOCALIST. JERE ADDS COLOR TO THE MUSIC WITH HIS HAMMOND ORGAN & RHODES.
Yes, I know it bothers Jere that I point this out as well but good ALWAYS overcomes evil. Evil like Jere.
If he does this to children then imagine what he will do to HAWAIIAN CHILDREN.

Someone anonymously criticized me which is not surprising. S/he wrote a long diatribe about me while telling me that I am wasting my time and trying to tell me what to do. Stress on the word "trying" because if and when someone tells me what to do... I don't listen. Well s/he turned around and wasted their time responding TO ME LOL This part really made me laugh:
Yes... I have a big chest. Yes, I have a pretty nice body but No I don't think I have more credibility than anyone else. However I am into doing the right thing.
In any case it's funny how they notice that I have blonde hair and they also notice my body. Why not focus on my work? Unfortunately I am about stopping racism against Hawaiians and they don't like it so what do they do? Mention my looks. So typical.
It's actually a bad sign which shows how some in our country focus on blonde hair and big breasts instead of the content of the messages(s.) I think it's superficial. I mean... yes I have blonde hair, big breasts, and a semi-decent body. However has it dawned on people like these that I am talking about racism against Hawaiians? Obviously not. They are too focused on my blonde hair and big breasts.
I guess I should mention that I am wearing a dark blue suit which covers my body yet what does s/he mention? My blonde hair and my big breasts. Way to go embarrassing our country (the U.S.)
Anyway I expected this reaction. It shows me that they noticed and also that whatever I've been doing bothers them so of course... I will continue to do what I do because pointing out their racism against Hawaiians makes those guilty people feel uncomfortable... and in this case it shows. So of course I thanked them for their feedback.
"you are basicly a crazy flighty blonde with a big chest who thinks that because God gave you a pretty nice body you can get your own way or have more crediablity than anyone else."

Their comment is an un-educated, ignorant one and we know what breeds racism: Ignorance. In this case one can clearly see how hateful they are as well as ignorant.

They are dragging our country (the U.S.) down the toilet. PLEASE help me stop these people from spreading lies about Hawaiians as well as from spreading their racism against Hawaiians. I love America too much to see these nasty, hateful, racist people take our country down the toilet. For the love of this country. They are embarrassing the United States.

Unfortunately these people single out and target Hawaiians like in this case where someone does not sign their name. They respond out of hatred. These people are nasty, evil, hateful people... as shown in their response. They are full of hate.
In any case we Hawaiians will continue to fight for our rights. Which is one of many good things about America :)"
I LOVE America and these fricken people are embarrassing our country (the U.S.) with their ignorance and racism against Hawaiians.
As expected some LoLo people have seen a couple of pictures of me wearing a g-string that were taken in May 2001. Unfortunately they correlate "May 2001" with "August 2006." Unfortunately they also correlate "picture of a woman in a g-string" with "online porn." They are NOT interchangeable.
Unfortunately the United States have people whose ignorance embarrasses our country. Unfortunately some people in the states make it seem as though it is "wrong" to have a hot and sexy ass LOL
Seriously. There is NOTHING wrong with wearing g-strings. When did wearing a g-string become "online porn?" Another case of Political Correctness gone awry.
Which reminds me... why are they even looking at my pictures? I mean... they claim that they don't like what I have to say yet they turn around and look at my pictures? LOL Yes... they no make sense.
The funniest, most amusing is that they read ____________ when they have explicitly stated that they don't think that the Hawaiian Kingdom exists.
Can we say L-o-L-o?
Their LoLo ness is really dragging down our country (the U.S.) How shame!
Though I am a natural 40D :P
I stopped showing my gauges of my workouts though because some men mistakenly thought that I wanted them. That was in 2001. Nowadays I rarely if ever post public pictures of me like how I used to mainly because men would pursue me albeit online so I have since ceased posting public pictures gauging my workouts though I am not surprised that this has happened recently. I mean... a woman in a g-string is NOT inviting sex nor is she in porn. She is only wearing a g-string. Nothing more, nothing less. Unfortunately some people like to twist some things and make something beautiful into something ugly so I am not surprised because these anti-Hawaiians are hateful. They twist beautiful things into hate. Unfortunately but not everyone is like that.
Anyway in the Western World some people usually end up discussing a woman's body so this is NO surprise to me. In any case I do have recent pictures of me in different g-strings under locked Friends Only posts in my other Livejournal because some people like to see how I look. Well now... they no can see *LOL* That's some Americans for you. That is... political correctness is taken TOO far but there is NOTHING wrong with wearing a g-string and showing people how my ass looks. Nothing at all haha Seriously... I have a nice body. It's mine and I LIKE to show it. Unfortunately some men still think that we are chattel or their personal property. However it's my ass and I will wear a g-string when and where I want haha That is... I have a right to show my ass hahaha Seriously... just because some people see me in a g-string will NOT stop me from being pro-Hawaiian. They are ONLY wasting their time on little old ME.
In the mean time I will continue to wear my g-strings. Just because I like to wear g-strings minus the Political Correctness being Incorrect *LOL*
Someone from the U.S. Agency for International Development visited my Livejournal. Um... shouldn't they be working instead of surfing the Internet? Seriously... and people wonder why many Hawaiians do not want the Akaka Bill. That is... bureaucratic bullshit. Fortunately the Akaka Bill was shut down. Yay!
I'm not sure if people remember but I hold two citizenships (Hawaiian and American) and if my Hawaiian cousins asked me... I do not give the U.S. representatives my vote of confidence AT ALL. I still say, "Do not trust them" so if they try to revive inter-national relations between the U.S. and the Hawaiian Kingdom... I will tell them not to trust them since for the last 200 years or so they have done very little for us Hawaiians.
Also one of the idiots posted this to me in response to the data that I provided (see previous post for data):
"Lana where do you find the time!"
Here is my response but then how does one respond to an idiot? In any case this was my response to an idiotic person:
Anyway these people are bringing America down with their stupidity. Seriously.

"I just read annual reports because remember... I work in the business world. Lately I have been working 60 to 70 hours per week but I have read these and other reports within the last few years.
I know that it surprises people but there is alot of misinformation being spread by some people and these reports (one in 2003 and one in 2005) show otherwise.
That's why I say... please don't easily believe people. Find out for yourself... like how I did and as you can see... the truth of this matter is that in Hawaii Caucasians outnumbers Hawaiians on General Assistance, 40% to 29%, and there are more homeless Hawaiians than there are any other group with Caucasions being very close behind Hawaiians.
Shocking I know but I urge people to PLEASE stop blaming Hawaiians and/or singling out and targeting Hawaiians and only Hawaiians. We are not the only ones who receive GSA benefits. More Haole people received GSA benefits in 2005 than Hawaiians did so PLEASE don't blame Hawaiians."
Anyway these people are bringing America down with their stupidity. Seriously.
Unfortunately someone ignorant posted ignorant stuff again so I responded with some cold hard facts. Here they are reposted to show some evidence of the Plight of the Hawaiian. Keep in mind that I am sort of a mutation on three counts: 1) I'm one of a twin; 2) I am relatively well-off financially but it has a lot to do with the fact that I married a Haole dude who was relatively well-off though I didn't know it at the time; and 3) I am very fair skinned so I am fortunate that I can utilize "White Privilege." Sad... but true.
Anyway here it is reposted for those who are interested:
If only we could put those idiots in jail. They wouldn't be embarrassing other Americans like me. If only idiocy was a crime. Seriously. Their idiocy is bringing down America. They are an embarrassment to America. Seriously.
Anyway here it is reposted for those who are interested:
Me: "Since I was a little girl my tutuwahine would always tell me to work instead of talk. Unfortunately some people think that all Hawaiians are on welfare and/or collect government checks but that's not true. Not all of us do."
Idiot #1: "No not all but the beaches are FULL of them...
and there are those that think the USA owes them a living. In fact really OHA is nothing more than cultural welfare! You'd rather fish, surf and eat than work... and that's OK just don't exspect me and mine to support you and yours.
Aloha"
Me: "Full of whom? Have you asked those homeless people at the beach if they are all Hawaiian? Keep in mind that there are about 200,000 Hawaiians out of the approximately 401,062 Hawaiians left living in Hawaii:
http://factfinder.census.gov/servlet/QTTable?_bm=y&-geo_id=04000US15&-qr_name=DEC_2000_PL_U_QTPL&-ds_name=DEC_2000_PL_U
So you see... people on the beaches are not all Hawaiian.
In addition how many non-Hawaiians are there in Hawaii who are receiving government freebies that are footed by the middle class Americans? Let's look at Food Stamps:
General Assistance figures:
Caucasians 40%
Hawaiians 29%
Filipino 10%
Japanese 6%
Other Pacific Islanders 6%
See page 27 here:
http://www.hawaii.gov/dhs/main/reports/AnnualReports/DHS%20Annual%20Report%2 0FY%202005%20Final.pdf
Even then the population of Caucasians and Japanese outnumber the population of Hawaiians in the islands so assistance is not proportionate nor would I say "fairly distributed."
Unfortunately some people (like you perhaps) mistakenly think that Hawaiians are leeches. Not all of us are. In fact the food stamps program rejected my mother when I was younger. She made $13 over the maximum yet they rejected us. I am sure that I am not the only one who has personally experienced the inequity of leeches.
Also note in the 2005 annual repost that they helped 94% who were Americans. They also helped 6% who were not American citizens so before you bitch about helping Hawaiians... first bitch about helping those non-American citizenships who may not contribute socially and/or economically to Hawaii.
As for OHA... they have a fiduciary duty as special agents to Hawaiians.
They have not helped me AT ALL so before you bitch about them... please understand that the entity is a part of legally binding contracts."
Idiot #2: "Isn't it interesting that other posters filled in 'Hawaiians' when all the OP said was 'them'... and I think what they meant was 'Homeless' so chill out...
ALSO I believe Lee and her column about as much as I do the BS on here! IF there are indeed 25% of the people that are homeless
are 'from the mainland' (what does that mean?) then A) how did they get here? and B) we shouold round them up put them on a C-5 and ship them the hell outta here.
The sad truth is that homelessness is NOT a lifestyle, (we'd all love to camp on the beach!) and many have booze and drug problems. While its a same they are down on their luck and we'll try to help them help themselves... but NO we are not going to let them camp on the beach anymore because it belongs to everyone. Personally? I'd like to put them all on a bus and send them to camp out on the lawn of the state house and for native hawaiians the palace lawn! That might wake some of those fat cats up!"
Me: "Anonymous #23000756,
One can safely deduce from his/her sentence:
"In fact really OHA is nothing more than cultural welfare!"
that the object of his/her hatred... I mean sentence... was Hawaiians. It was very clear that Hawaiians were singled out and targeted yet stats clearly show that Caucasians receive 40% of General Assistance versus 29% to Hawaiians.
Should we bitch and moan about Haole people on General Assistance?
No... you don't see nor hear us bitch and/or moan about these leeches.
In any case leeches are leeches. I am especially bothered by non-citizens who don't contribute and are leeching money off of middle class Americans who are predominantly working class families. We are basically subsidizing their food, housing, medical, etc. yet it seems as though this anger is misplaced onto Hawaiians and Hawaiians are blamed instead of those leeches like those 40% Caucasians who are using GSA at our expense or the 6% of non-Americans who get freebies.
Here are my sources:
General Assistance figures:
Caucasians 40%
Hawaiians 29%
Filipino 10%
Japanese 6%
Other Pacific Islanders 6%
GSA Annual Report 2005: See page 27
http://www.hawaii.gov/dhs/main/reports/AnnualReports/DHS%20Annual%20Report%2 0FY%202005%20Final.pdf
According to the "Homeless Point-in-Time Count Report 2003" prepared for the State of Hawaii, the homeless population breakdown based on ethnicity:
Hawaiian 38.7%
Caucasian 34%
Other 7.3%
Filipino 5.1%
Chinese 2%
Japanese 1.1%
See page 24 at

Harry still has not responded to my question. I posed this to him:
To date he has not answered the question. It is obvious what he answer is. That is, very few people have fought for our people and/or our nation while many of our people have fought for their people and/or their nation. They're hypocrits that's why though I am still waiting for Harry to respond. I highly doubt he will because he knows what the answer is.
Anyway...
Thinking about the super duper important meeting on Tuesday. It's a huge meeting.
Must complete my assignment
Very important!
"Many Hawaiians like Nainoa Hoe fought for the U.S. and for Americans and DIED for the U.S.
Have Americans fought for our country (the Hawaiian Kingdom) and/or our people (na oiwi)?
It's another double standard again where Hawaiians like Nainoa Hoe and my uncles who were oiwi fought for the U.S. and for Americans.
How many Americans have fought for OUR people and/or OUR nation?"

I swear... it should be a crime to be stupid.
Once again Jere posted stupid shit again. This time I am reposting it because it epitomizes the stupid shit that Hawaiians put up with on a daily basis. Hold on... and read on if you want to see me make Jere tap out... as in making him tap out because he posts stupid shit. Here goes:
Worse... he goes off about how we Hawaiians take part in argumentatum ad hominem WHILE he attacks Hawaiians and our nation. People like Jere don't make any sense. That is why I wish it was a crime to be stupid. Then we wouldn't have to put up with stupid people like Jere and their stupid shit. We would ALL be spared of his stupidity. Seriously. Jere and his stupidity are embarrassing to other Americans like me. His stupidity is embarrassing and also shows how some people who are products of our educational system lack critical thinking skills. Or READING SKILLS. Or THINKING SKILLS for that matter.

Me: "Emphasis mine since Jere tries to twist things to suit his racist against Hawaiians agenda. It does NOT belong to the public of Hawaii. As in the state constitution it explicitly states for native Hawaiians and Hawaiians."
Jere the Ignorant and Therefore Racist Shit: "All the public in Hawaii are Hawaiians. "Native" hawaiians or kanaka maoli are only one small portion of that."
Me: "I know that it is Writing in Circles to Try to Deceive BUT again... "Hawaiian" and "Native Hawaiian" are defined and has already been defined here:
"Hawaiian" means any descendant of the aboriginal peoples inhabiting the Hawaiian Islands which exercised sovereignty and subsisted in the Hawaiian Islands in 1778, and which peoples thereafter have continued to reside in Hawaii."
"Native Hawaiian" means any descendant of not less than one-half part of the races inhabiting the Hawaiian Islands previous to 1778, as defined by the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act, 1920, as amended; provided that the term identically refers to the descendants of such blood quantum of such aboriginal peoples which exercised sovereignty and subsisted in the Hawaiian Islands in 1778 and which peoples thereafter continued to reside in Hawaii.
With a case note explicitly stating
"Definition of "Hawaiian" does not violate equal protection. 631 F. Supp. 1153."
All seen here: http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/hrscurrent/Vol01_Ch0001-0042F/hrs0010/HRS_0010-00 02.htm

Lately I have read some material that is loaded with assumptions about me. I am not surprised. For example some people mistakenly think that just because I own businesses one of which involves cleaning other peoples toilets that it somehow entitles them to look down on people who clean other peoples toilets. That only proves my point that they look down on other people. I happen to have cleaned other peoples toilets. There is NO shame in hard work.
Then my degrees. Have I EVER told people what degrees I have? Nope yet they make alot of assumptions about me and that is exactly why I don't tell people because I like to see them prove my point that people like them ASSume things about other people... not just about Hawaiians.
Then my last name. I was born with a CHINESE LAST NAME LOL That seems to surprise some people but then I make goals. I challenge myself to achieve them. One of my next goals is to be in the top 10%. I am determined to do so.
I already know that these people mention tidbits about me acking as though they know me when they do not. Their attempts at trying to stop me from writing is FUTILE. I will NEVER stop writing about Hawaiians, Hawaiian sovereignty, etc.
Well I am currently in Virginia. I stuffed my face with ake, akule, and poi last night. Stuff stuff. Then I went to workout for an hour at Bally's LOL I had to because I no like get diabetes.
ANYWAY it's amusing how some people mistakenly think that just because they post my Chinese maiden name and sprinkle it with misinformation than I will stop writing. I WILL NOT STOP WRITING LOL But then anyone who knows me knows how I am so this should not surprise them :-) Oh yeah... I drive back to Washington DC tomorrow then fly back to HomeHome for a meeting on Tuesday then on Wednesday I fly back to Washington DC for four days.

I shouldn't repost this here for the few high makamaka intellectual egoists HAWAIIANS who read this. You know... like LoLo and the others. They are like this, "The U.S. government is bad bad bad... YET I HAVE A JOB WITH THEM" LOL Fricken illogical hypocritical selfish pilau people who strive to be "famous" in Hawaii. Yeah... they famous alright. Famous for being SELFISH. Anyway LOL this is what I ended up writing :
"Once again we Hawaiians are bombarded with anti-Hawaiian sentiments which are similar to anti-Semitism like in Stephen Aghjayan's letter advocating that we violate the law. Dismantling the Office of Hawaiian Affairs is conversion whereas conversion is "the unauthorized use or retention of money or property that rightfully belongs to another person."
In this case "the Office of Hawaiian Affairs shall hold title to all the real and personal property now or hereafter set aside or conveyed to it which shall be held in trust for native Hawaiians and Hawaiians."
See http://www.state.hi.us/lrb/con/conart12.html
To dismantle OHA would be the unauthorized use of property that rightfully belongs to HAWAIIANS.
Let us NOT partake in conversion since it is AGAINST THE LAW. In addition Aghjayan's letter shows ignorance about the law as well as the prevalent and troublesome racism against Hawaiians. Respect the law. Respect Hawaiians. It's not that difficult to do.
Aloha,
The Hawaiian Girl with a Haole Name"
I've returned to reading the local papers again after a hiatus from reading some people try to de-humanize Hawaiians in order to try to make us look like monsters in order to steal our land. Well in today's newspaper someone wrote about conversion which is illegal. Sometimes I wonder what the hell? These people are advocating that we violate the law. This letter also shows ignorance about the law as well as the prevalent and troublesome racism against Hawaiians. IF ONLY my cousin would represent me and speak for me. I know that I would kick their dumb ignorant, racist-against-Hawaiians asses! In any case here is the letter:
Later today I'll have to write to the editor and write more about conversion here in my Livejournal.
IT'S TIME FOR OHA TO BE DISMANTLED
After reading the June 24 article entitled "OHA now working toward nationhood," it has become clear to me that the OHA must be dismantled.
The Office of Hawaiian Affairs was born of the 1978 state Constitutional Convention with a mandate to better the conditions of both Native Hawaiians and the Hawaiian community in general. OHA has gone far beyond its 1978 mandate and is now supporting a process that could lead to secession.
Perhaps it is time for another state constitutional convention to deal with this situation. Are there any politicians left in Hawai'i who will stand up for the U.S. Constitution, for Hawai'i's Constitution and the Bill of Rights, and thus the rights of all of Hawai'i's citizens?
Stephen Aghjayan

To me "anti-Hawaiian" is the Hawaiian equivalent of "anti-Semitism" where people like Jere attack Hawaiians BECAUSE of our race, ethnicity, and/or national origin which is the Hawaiian Kingdom. By the way I was not referring to Jere in the previous post but lately he has been advocating conversion which is ILLEGAL. This is what he has stated lately which is hewa followed by my response to his hewa-ness:
With that stated... we Hawaiians still have a HUGE fight ahead of us and I hope that my cousin Paul will speak for me. If he does not then I WILL find another attorney to speak for me because I WILL swear LOL
Seriously... it upsets me how people like Jere single out and targetsHawaiians and ONLY Hawaiians. When they do that they are singling out and targeting Hawaiian CHILDREN. Thus my passion. I cannot let people hurt a child or children THAT WAY. Makes me cry thinking about it actually.
ANYWAY it is important to remember that there are MANY Have Not Hawaiians. I am very very rare in that I graduated from college and have never taken drugs. Why? I owe it to the only school for Hawaiian children, my alma mater, the Kamehameha Schools. If it was not for that school then I know that I would not have graduated from college and/or never be drug free. That is why I say... let Hawaiians educate their children. After all there are ONLY 401,062 or so Hawaiians left in this world!
Anti-Hawaiian Jere: "We should probably take some of the OHA money, and use it to subsidize low-income, merit-blind admissions to all private schools for kids of all races who are orphans and indigents.
Of course, then you've essentially created a voucher program, which would probably be okay with sufficient protections between church and state in curriculum."
My response: "That would be conversion which I would never advise anyone to do since it's against the law.
However I do advocate that all Hawaiians not be grouped together all being "Haves" because I know that not all of us are "Haves." I used to be a Have Not so obviously Have Not Hawaiians DO exist and should not be forgotten nor be made invisible.
In any case Hawaiians are STILL under-represented in the total U.S. population:
Caucasians 74%
Hispanic or Latino 12.5%
"Blacks" 12.3%
Asians 3.6%
Native American excluding Hawaiians .9%
Hawaiians .1%
From http://www.census.gov/prod/2001pubs/c2kbr01-1.pdf
For a total of 401,062 or so Hawaiians left in this world... I say LEAVE THEM ALONE. They already have a rough and tough time surviving."
With that stated... we Hawaiians still have a HUGE fight ahead of us and I hope that my cousin Paul will speak for me. If he does not then I WILL find another attorney to speak for me because I WILL swear LOL
