My twin sister asked me to write about what I thought about the recent incident involving the fleecing of Hawaiians. In this case of Hawaiian children.

I am a graduate of the Kamehameha Schools which was first established in 1887 partly because Punahou School was created solely for children of missionaries. That is... for rich white Americans and Europeans.

Thus the Kamehameha Schools was created to help Hawaiian children because some people did not give a damn about them. Fortunately Princess Ruth Keelikolani and Princess Bernice Pauahi Bishop gave a damn about Hawaiian children. It's because of them that many Hawaiian children are being helped today. To me they are some of the most beautiful women in the world because they gave a damn about children. In this case they gave a damn about HAWAIIAN children:



In any case recently my alma mater, the Kamehameha Schools, which is the only school for Hawaiian children was fleeced of seven MILLION DOLLARS.

Anyone who harms the Kamehameha Schools harms Hawaiian children irrelevant of ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, etc. In this case these people who are harming Hawaiian children are American lawyers who embarrass this country (the U.S.)

For those who know me I hold dual citizenships with the United States and with the Hawaiian Kingdom. Some people don't understand that which tells me that they haven't read about Hawaiian history.

If you read the article in the hyperlink above you will see that Goemans is suing the plaintiffs who sued Hawaiian children. Money grubbing leech. Sadly these kinds of people do not serve much time if any in jail for the fleecing of Americans and/or Hawaiians but he needs to be DISBARRED.

Totally embarrassing our country, the U.S. TOTALLY embarrassing. These attorneys should be disbarred for violating the rights of Hawaiian children. ASSHOLES!!! Also for those people who do not think this is a big deal. It is because if they do this to Hawaiians then chances are they do it to AMERICANS TOO.

The Hawai'i Haole-People-Who-Are-Racist-Against-Hawaiians Reporter reared its racism against Hawaiians and this time they were CAUGHT comparing us Hawaiians to animals which are what... less than human. Assholes.

Of course I am against Kau Inoa which OHA has been trying to push onto us to try to disrespect our kupuna and their wishes. In this Hawai'i Reporter's racist piece what they have tried to do is compare Hawaiians to COWS. WTF? Is it because we are fat and dying partly because of the crappy food they have been trying to replace for poi. We are still surviving even though they thought we would be gone by the 1940s but this latest illustration shows their racism against Hawaiians while they deny that they are racist. This is evidence.

However it is key to remember that we are still granted civil rights in the U.S. irrelevant of the Akaka Bill. Unfortunately some of the members of the "Grass Roots" Institute are twisting information to try to suit their agenda. In this case the implication is that the Akaka Bill will enable us to be seen as Indians with Indian rites and rights. No... that's not the case. We don't even have the treaties that the Seminoles do with the U.S. This is only a scare tactic that somehow the Akaka Bill is bad for us.

Who is he to decide for us if it's right or wrong for us?

The point being that it's not for him or anyone else to say. If he had read the different versions of the Akaka Bill then it would be clear that we still have civil rights yet what does he do... try to spread a scare tactic. Though I am anti-Akaka Bill because the U.S. tries to condition us to do things on their terms.. we are NOT Indians so he weakly tries to compare and contrast Hawaiians with Hawaiians using a scare tactic. Worse the Anti-Hawaii-an Reporter seems to have ALLOWED him to do that as in speak ill of Hawaiians because to some comparing us to Indians and their sovereignty is implying that somehow we are LESS THAN INDIANS.

But getting back to his pseudo article:

Hawaiians have ALWAYS had sovereignty though somehow some people mistakenly think that we have to somehow work to get it. We have had it all along. We still do though some people think that we want to be like Indians. We don't. We are Hawaiian.

Another statement:

"This is because the tribal entities are considered under U.S. law to be sovereign nations with the right under the 1934 Indian Reorganization Act to conduct their own legal proceedings in their own courts, with their own laws, prosecutors, judges, and jails. And although the federal government provides over $400 million a year to support these tribal justice systems, less than $1 million is used by the tribes to provide for Public Defenders. So poor tribal members most often end up representing themselves in court, without the help of a lawyer."

Again... we are NOT Indian. We are Hawaiian.


Another statement:

"And without the benefit of legal counsel, they often plead guilty in the tribal courts without realizing that by doing so they are subjecting themselves to an uphill battle if charges for the same offense are then brought in state or federal court."


To date Hawaiians do not have a tribal court nor are we a tribe. We are Hawaiian.

Another misleading statement:

"Here again, as with the lack of a right to legal counsel, tribal members lack the protection against double jeopardy provided to other U.S. Citizens by the Constitution. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in 2004 that since tribal nations are separate sovereign governments, if A person commits a crime that violates the laws of two sovereigns--the tribe and the federal government--both sovereigns can prosecute the offender."


An implication is that we do not deserve to be respected and also that we are less than Indians. Again... we are not Indian. The Akaka Bill explicitly states our unique history, culture, and peoples.

His last misleading paragraph:

"As the Native Hawaiian Reorganization Act--the Akaka Bill--works its way through Congress, those supporting it could solve the lack of counsel problem by amending the Bill to ensure that a right to counsel is included. On the double jeopardy issue, however, the only solution would seem to be complete secession from the United States and the State of Hawaii."

Not quite. This is only a fear tactic based on his fear that somehow we will have power over him while using a lie stating that we will lack counsel. With or without the Akaka Bill most Hawaiians live below the poverty line:

In 2005 after Caucasians Hawaiians are the second group to need General Assistance from the State of Hawai'i which shows that there is some poverty within our people.



So the inability to have sufficient legal representation may be due to our socio- economic status... NOT to the perceived effect of the Akaka Bill.


Lastly he is described as follows:

This shows that he probably has some vested interest in real estate and thus in title. This is a BAD SIGN. It shows how he most probably fears title of land. As in his which is NO EXCUSE to spread misinformation like how he is trying to do. Unfortunately some people ALLOW him to do so.

This is racism based on our national origin. That is... the Kingdom of Hawai'i.

How many people know about our history? How many people know about us?

Thus all symptoms of racism against us based on fear and ignorance about us and our history. That's why I say... some people are so pilau!!!

Recently Jere Krischel returned to harass me and other Hawaiians. Would this be tolerated if he were to harass Jewish people or Japanese people or popolo people? Of course not. Sadly there is a double standard when it comes to harassing us Hawaiians based on our national origin.


In any case he returned to harass me because I AM HAWAIIAN. The harassment of Hawaiians should NOT be tolerated as it is not tolerated for Jewish people, Japanese people, popolo people, etc.

Someone anonymously criticized me which is not surprising. S/he wrote a long diatribe about me while telling me that I am wasting my time and trying to tell me what to do. Stress on the word "trying" because if and when someone tells me what to do... I don't listen. Well s/he turned around and wasted their time responding TO ME LOL This part really made me laugh:

In any case it's funny how they notice that I have blonde hair and they also notice my body. Why not focus on my work? Unfortunately I am about stopping racism against Hawaiians and they don't like it so what do they do? Mention my looks. So typical.

It's actually a bad sign which shows how some in our country focus on blonde hair and big breasts instead of the content of the messages(s.) I think it's superficial. Even then the population of Caucasians and Japanese outnumber the population of Hawaiians in the islands so assistance is not proportionate nor would I say "fairly distributed."

Unfortunately some people (like you perhaps) mistakenly think that Hawaiians are leeches. Not all of us are. In fact the food stamps program rejected my mother when I was younger. She made $13 over the maximum yet they rejected us. I am sure that I am not the only one who has personally experienced the inequity of leeches.

Also note in the 2005 annual repost that they helped 94% who were Americans. They also helped 6% who were not American citizens so before you bitch about helping Hawaiians... first bitch about helping those non-American citizenships who may not contribute socially and/or economically to Hawaii.


As for OHA... they have a fiduciary duty as special agents to Hawaiians.

They have not helped me AT ALL so before you bitch about them... please understand that the entity is a part of legally binding contracts."

In any case leeches are leeches. I am especially bothered by non-citizens who don't contribute and are leeching money off of middle class Americans who are predominantly working class families. We are basically subsidizing their food, housing, medical, etc. yet it seems as though this anger is misplaced onto Hawaiians and Hawaiians are blamed instead of those leeches like those 40% Caucasians who are using GSA at our expense or the 6% of non-Americans who get freebies.

Lately I have read some material that is loaded with assumptions about me. I am not surprised. For example some people mistakenly think that just because I own businesses one of which involves cleaning other peoples toilets that it somehow entitles them to look down on people who clean other peoples toilets. That only proves my point that they look down on other people. I happen to have cleaned other peoples toilets. There is NO shame in hard work.

Then my degrees. Have I EVER told people what degrees I have? Nope yet they make alot of assumptions about me and that is exactly why I don't tell people because I like to see them prove my point that people like them ASSume things about other people... not just about Hawaiians.

Then my last name. I was born with a CHINESE LAST NAME LOL That seems to surprise some people but then I make goals. I challenge myself to achieve them. One of my next goals is to be in the top 10%. I am determined to do so.

I already know that these people mention tidbits about me acking as though they know me when they do not. Their attempts at trying to stop me from writing is FUTILE. I will NEVER stop writing about Hawaiians, Hawaiian sovereignty, etc.

I've returned to reading the local papers again after a hiatus from reading some people try to de-humanize Hawaiians in order to try to make us look like monsters in order to steal our land. Well in today's newspaper someone wrote about conversion which is illegal. Sometimes I wonder what the hell? These people are advocating that we violate the law. This letter also shows ignorance about the law as well as the prevalent and troublesome racism against Hawaiians. IF ONLY my cousin would represent me and speak for me. I know that I would kick their dumb ignorant, racist-against-Hawaiians asses! In any case here is the letter:

IT'S TIME FOR OHA TO BE DISMANTLED

After reading the June 24 article entitled "OHA now working toward nationhood," it has become clear to me that the OHA must be dismantled.

The Office of Hawaiian Affairs was born of the 1978 state Constitutional Convention with a mandate to better the conditions of both Native Hawaiians and the Hawaiian community in general. OHA has gone far beyond its 1978 mandate and is now supporting a process that could lead to secession.

Perhaps it is time for another state constitutional convention to deal with this situation. Are there any politicians left in Hawai'i who will stand up for the U.S. Constitution, for Hawai'i's Constitution and the Bill of Rights, and thus the rights of all of Hawai'i's citizens?

Later today I'll have to write to the editor and write more about conversion here in my Livejournal.

To me "anti-Hawaiian" is the Hawaiian equivalent of "anti-Semitism" where people like Jere attack Hawaiians BECAUSE of our race, ethnicity, and/or national origin which is the Hawaiian Kingdom. By the way I was not referring to Jere in the previous post but lately he has been advocating conversion which is ILLEGAL. This is what he has stated lately which is hewa followed by my response to his hewa-ness:

My response: "That would be conversion which I would never advise anyone to do since it's against the law.

However I do advocate that all Hawaiians not be grouped together all being "Haves" because I know that not all of us are "Haves." I used to be a Have Not so obviously Have Not Hawaiians DO exist and should not be forgotten nor be made invisible.

In any case Hawaiians are STILL under-represented in the total U.S. population:

Caucasians 74%

Hispanic or Latino 12.5%

"Blacks" 12.3%

Asians 3.6%

Native American excluding Hawaiians .9%

Hawaiians .1%

ANYWAY it is important to remember that there are MANY Have Not Hawaiians. I am very very rare in that I graduated from college and have never taken drugs. Why? I owe it to the only school for Hawaiian children, my alma mater, the Kamehameha Schools. If it was not for that school then I know that I would not have graduated from college and/or never be drug free. That is why I say... let Hawaiians educate their children. After all there are ONLY 401,062 or so Hawaiians left in this world!
