Recently Jere Krischel returned to harass me and other Hawaiians. Would this be tolerated if he were to harass Jewish people or Japanese people or popolo people? Of course not. Sadly there is a double standard when it comes to harassing us Hawaiians based on our national origin.


In any case he returned to harass me because I AM HAWAIIAN. The harassment of Hawaiians should NOT be tolerated as it is not tolerated for Jewish people, Japanese people, popolo people, etc.

"You're wrong. That is where your argument is invalid. The land that OHA and DHHL are based upon has title that belongs to Hawaiians. I explained it on March 28, 2006 as well as above:

1. Following the Revolutionary War the U.S. government first commissioned a survey for the entire area when they opened an area for settlement. The intent of this Government Survey System aka U.S. System of Rectangular Surveys aka Public Domain Survey was to create a large grid with every square of the grid uniquely identified. Over time they (the U.S. government) commissioned this GSS and is now used to describe property with symbols and with words in a type of shorthand which makes it easy for the government to describe the property.

2. In Hawaii the Mahele was pre-GSS. Some properties such as ceded land which is a misnomer was illegally transferred in the public domain.

3. In acquiring legal title alienation or "the act of transferring ownership, title, or an interest in real property from one person to another" may be voluntary or involuntary:

- Voluntary via deed or will.

- Involuntary by

* descent (when a person dies without a will

* escheat of the state (escheat provides the government normally the state government to take the property of an owner who dies intestate or "without a will" and w/o any known heirs entitled to receive the property

* by adverse possession which is when the true owner of record fails to maintain possession and the property is seized by another; or

* by eminent domain (gives the government the right to take land from an owner though a legal process called condemnation) with due process.

For the latter... Hawaiians were not given due process.

For voluntary alienation... Hawaiians never deeded nor willed said property to another owner.

For involuntary alienation... Hawaiians never died without a will while in possession of said land nor did they die without any known heirs (escheat); nor did Hawaiians fail to maintain possession (adverse possession nor were Hawaiians given due process of law under eminent domain.

4. Therefore MANY of the titles in Hawaii are not legal and are null and void.

I no longer address Jere Krischel directly. Instead I speak and/or write about him in the third person. Why? It's simple. He does not respect Hawaiians. Therefore he does not respect ME so you bet I do not converse with him. Instead I discuss him because he is disrespectful.



In any case I hope I have made myself clear to Jere Krischel. If not I will repeat myself over and over again until Jere Krischel learns that it's HANDS OFF the Hawaiian Kingdom. He is not a citizen. Therefore he needs to butt out of our nation's business. PERIOD.

I just noticed this as it's very difficult for me to keep up. In this example, Keiki Watson (whom I thought was a girl but I do that sometimes since Hawaiian names have no gender... I only knew female "Keiki"'s LOL) anyway here Keiki Watson explains about the Mahele after Jere Krischel tried to twist the truth in order to try to spread racism against Hawaiians. I especially like the second to the last paragraph where Jere tells Keiki that he misunderstands... when Keiki knows more about it than Jere can imagine *LOL*

Also one thing that I don't like is when Jere and others like him snipe the Hawaiian Kingdom at every opportunity in order to lead some unwitting people down the wrong path of knowledge. In this case Keiki didn't let it (Jere's statements) go unnoticed. Sometimes you just have to love Hawaiian men. Unfortunately (and I am writing about it in the book that I'm working on)... some people try to de-HUMANize Hawaiians especially de-masculinizing Hawaiian men. When a Hawaiian man such as Keiki Watson stands up I give him credit for doing so despite the past and present attempts by non-Hawaiians of de-masculinizing Hawaiian men in an attempt to make them feel as though they are incapable of protecting Hawaiian women and children throughout Hawaiian history.

Alexander, Superintendent of Government Survey, 1891).

1. I feel bad for Jere Krischel. He has several children yet he makes sweeping generalizations about Hawaiians. What will he be teaching his children anyway? He will probably teach his children to hate Hawaiians just as much or more than he does. I worry about his kids. For example he inaccurately asserted that Hawaiians are racist and that we look down on others. No... we have never stated stupid things like "We are the best." No... it's usually "Maui no ka oi" which can mean "Maui is number one." Never us as people. Another example of this is a young Filipino girl whom Kalani told me about where she posted, "hoooray! Then of course Jere Krischel and the Morgan Report which was provided "graciously" yet with ulterior motives by multi-millionaire Thurston Twigg-Smith with the help and torque-ing of the truth by Ken Conklin PhD (who by the way published an article online without doing his research despite having a PhD trying to purposefully mislead people to believe that the Hawaiian word "ohana" was invented near 1950 when in fact as I have shown it was used in Hawaiian newspapers as early as 1834 and here which has a very tiny edit where I corrected him) were hoping would somehow "blow the Hawaiian sovereignty movement out of the water." It didn't do anything. All the Morgan Report is one dude's collection of the facts. Keep in mind that facts are one's interpretation of the truth while the truth is the truth. Not once have they pointed out that Morgan didn't go to the Territory of Hawaii because he was not ordered by the executive branch while Blount was. Someone else had pointed this out as well which is of course stating the obvious.


3. Like I succinctly put it various times:

Cousin Paul married a Filipino lady. I forgot her name nor do I speak to them. They have always acted as though they were high class looking down.

Kihei and Mapuana are different as in they are down to earth and genuinely nice to people irrelevant of their wallet.


On the other hand, ever since I was a little girl cousin Paul gave this vibe that he looked down on other people and that vibe that I got from him was right. He does look down on other people. (Cousin Paul is old enough to be my father. He's presently about 71 or so.)

Well I'm presently looking for a recent picture of cousin Paul who is a former federal judge so that people can see how my cousin the Anti-Hawaiian looks like because he really should be ashamed of himself for disrespecting the DeSilva name. Anyway sorry for the confusion but our cousin Kihei is married to Kumu Hula Mapuana DeSilva :-) Both of them are Hawaiian but Paul is not.

Some people have asked me why I think that Jere Krischel, Ken Conklin, and Thurston Twigg-Smith are racist against Hawaiians. Well it's simple. All this time all they did was mention what is WRONG with us... nothing about what is RIGHT about us. This is an excerpt of what I wrote and is reposted here for those who have asked me:

You know... for fairness and balance.

Sorry... one more since some people ask me to post this kinda stuff. In this one I am referring to "Harry" who bashes our nation (the Kingdom of Hawaii) yet gets upset at others if and when they bash the United States. Keeping in mind that I am a citizen of both the United States and the Kingdom of Hawaii and I have lived in both worlds. One among Haole people (excludes such people as Jewish and Portuguese... and I am Portuguese too but that is how our language is LOL) and the other among other Hawaiians. I love both worlds so when I observe people like "Harry"... he seems hypocritical to me. Here is an excerpt as I was discussing this with one of my friends, Kalani:

I LOVE America but I do realize that my sentiment is in direct conflict with some people's paradigm. Well... to put it bluntly... I told "Harry" to be a man and suck it up!!!!!!! I think that I made myself clear.

Instead of responding to Jere Krischel I talk about him in the third person LOL But his ideology is annoying and his racism against Hawaiians... well it is the reason why I do not communicate with him. This is not news to those who know me. In fact they know that I don't/won't communicate with people who are racist against Hawaiians. In fact I do not even communicate with my cousin anti-Hawaiian Paul DeSilva who is a retired federal judge. In any case he (Jere Krischel) keeps making statements about the Hawaiian language pretending to be a Hawaiian language expert when he does not even understand nor speak the Hawaiian language.

A good example is how he asked me if I speak or understand olelo. Olelo what? Olelo Oiwi? Olelo Haole? What? That is how I could tell that he doesn't understand our language yet he makes it seem as though he does and that he is an expert in it.

So as usual I talk about him in the third person due to his high Racist Against Hawaiians Factor. However I still posted links so that he and others like him can learn our language because they make themselves look Lo Lo without knowing our language while inaccurately claiming to understand our language.
