My workout regimen presently looks like this:
I used to log some of my workouts here, at
myworkouts, and at another Livejournal but after seven years of posting here I have since converted to Wordpress, Facebook, and Twitter.
Some of my family and friends want me to keep them posted about my workout regimen and have asked me to please update here. (I no longer regularly update this journal but I use this entry for some updates.)
I've been working out since I was 14.
Here is my workout regimen of the now. When I have time I like to read about lifting, working out, martial arts, etc. so my workouts are constantly evolving.
I am still currently training at least five days per week minimum with some :
My favorite bodypart to train is still LEGS. I love training legs partly because I was crushed by a car when I was six years old yet I can still walk. I love my strong legs. I love squats. I love having strong and muscular legs with big boobs LOL (Joking.) I had to relearn how to walk from age six til about age eight so I prefer building my legs and LOVE it.
I have been training in martial arts for nearly 10 years (and counting) supplemented with working the speed bag, reaction ball, etc.
I try to do some kind of cardio while working out in the gym. I try to walk and/or run with my three dogs nearly every day in my neighborhood too. I walk as much as I can. I love walking with my three dogs. (I recently adopted two more dogs from the SPCA LOL)
Once per week I like to get a one-hour-long bike ride in. This usually happens on Saturday or Sunday :-)
I still do alot of stretching for splits. See above.
I also try to do some type of yoga. I TRY to use my swimming pool when I have time. I may have left some things out.
My regimen varies.

- Chest and stomach (Targets pecs and abs)
- Back and biceps (Targets erector spinae, lats, etc. + biceps brachii)
- Shoulders and triceps (Target deltoids, triceps brachii, forearms, etc.)
